A spot Target range is a type of archery range where archers shoot at specific, marked spots on the target. This allows for precise aiming and scoring, as each spot on the target corresponds to a different point value. Spot target ranges are popular among competitive archers and those looking to improve their accuracy.

Always point your arrow down range.
Never point a bow and arrow at another person.
Only shoot at your own target. No shooting across lanes.
Never go in front of the line while shooting is in progress.
Place your leading foot on the firing line when shooting.
When done shooting, step back from the shooting line, hang or table your bow.
"Commence firing" command - you may start to shoot.
"Cease fire" command - immediately stop shooting. Remove arrow from bow.
"All clear" command - Hang or table your bow. Retrieve your arrows from targets.
Never shoot a bow with no arrow. (dry fire)
